A 50% deposit will guarantee the reservation. The balance is charged 30 days prior to your check-in date.

A full refund (less a $20.00 processing fee) is given if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to stay. 

If canceled within 2 weeks of stay, deposit, plus balance is required if the unit cannot be re-booked.
